Called “Tuxedo Park” when the land was originally annexed in the 1910s, the neighbourhood of Westview didn’t see development begin until the 1960s. Located in the north-west corner of Saskatoon, it is now home to about 3,900 people with an affordable average home price of just over $269,000.

The only amenities found within the neighbourhood of Westview are a convenience store and sporting goods store.
