Found in the north-west corner of Saskatoon, Dundonald was the last neighbourhood developed in this area of the city prior to Hampton Village's addition. Built in the 1980s, it currently has a population of about 5,878 people and an average home price of just over $277,000.
Offering a convenience store and a church, Dundonald is primarily a residential area surrounding by a large park with a storm pond. However, its residents have easy access to all the amenities found at the nearby Confederation Mall—a large shopping centre with everything from groceries to retail—and 33rd Street connecting to Circle Drive, which can get you anywhere in Saskatoon within just a few minutes by car or city transit.
Dundonald offers both public elementary and Catholic elementary education at the École Dundonald School and École St. Peter School, respectively.
