Called “Tuxedo Park” when the land was originally annexed in the 1910s, the neighbourhood of Westview didn’t see development begin until the 1960s. Located in the north-west corner of Saskatoon, it is now home to about 3,900 people with an affordable average home price of just over $269,000.
The only amenities found within the neighbourhood of Westview are a convenience store and sporting goods store. However, most other amenities can quickly be accessed further down 33rd Street W, bordering the neighbourhood to the south. Additionally, Saskatoon’s convenient ring road, Circle Drive, can be found bordering the community to the east, making it easy for you to get anywhere in the city in a flash!
There are 3 parks in Westview, offering just over 32 acres of greenspace to the community, as well as Caroline Robins Community School. This public elementary school not only offers education, but also several sports and recreational activities organised by the Westview Community Association throughout the year.
