Originally two neighbourhoods, Adelaide/Churchill came together as one in the 1990s to form the beautiful community we know today with a population of over 3,700 people. Most homes were built between 1946 and 1970, with another small boom in the 1980s, earning its established stature and average sale price of just over $346,000!
A long-standing fixture in the Saskatoon landscape, Adelaide/Churchill offers 3 mature parks and several simple amenities. These can be found at the Churchill Shopping Centre (possibly Saskatoon's oldest shopping centre!), including a convenience store, fast food, hair salon, and veterinary clinic. And access to all of life's other luxuries—including restaurants, entertainment, retail, groceries, and more—are just a few blocks away on 8th Street!
The neighbourhood is also home to 2 well-regarded schools—St. Philip School and Hugh Cairns V.C. School—making it an ideal choice for families with school-aged children.
