Terra was a amazing to work with! I had an offer on my townhouse in less than 24 hours and she walked me through all of the options as I decided how I wanted to proceed. She was available around my crazy schedule and even ensured the lines of communication were open when I was out of the country during closing.
While I was away, she arranged for contractors to come in and address the buyers concerns and I always felt she was looking out for me.
